Benefits of TRT/HRT For Fitness Instructors
It is well known that exercise can stimulate the production of testosterone in men and estrogen and testosterone in women. What is not commonly recognized is that men or women with low or deficient hormones who start exercise training, often fail. They fail because they give up, often within days or weeks of starting, because they soon become exhausted from the rigorous routine, because they don’t see immediate results, because they thought would build muscle faster. Many trainees drop out because they experience negative symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, muscles ache and pains. They lose interest because the intensity or degree of workout just doesn’t make sense to them. They then rationalize that the trainer is just too tough, the workout are too hard, too rigorous or the trainer just doesn’t know what he or she is doing. The trainee finds one or another reason to stop working and stop exercising. They may rationalize to themselves they are just getting old, their body doesn’t work well or act like it used to. They give up. They drop out because they have not been adequately prepared for what is expected from them.
The trainer loses a client, but may never know exactly what has happened. A client came in, he started the training exactly as he has with others, the client just stops coming. If the trainer confronts the client, he often gets an answer that make little or no sense. Neither the trainer nor client may be fully aware of what the real problem is, hormone deficiency or insufficiency.
Many fitness trainers are often unaware that their clients, men and women, may start body building and fitness training with low hormones or that over the years, many “old” clients suffer from failing hormones. If a trainer is unaware of the signs and symptoms of low or deficient hormones or the problems associated with hormonal failure, he might easily miss why many of his new and old clients fail or start spacing workouts further apart, lose their edge, or leave
While most fitness instructors are aware exercise increases’ hormone production, they may forget that every client, no matter how much they exercise, will sooner or later suffer hormone failure. If the trainer is not paying close attention, they may believe that their client is merely losing interest, is preoccupied with other things in their life, or giving up as their hormones fail. Too often trainers are unaware that all that is necessary for resurrecting their client is helping them get started hormone replacement therapy. If the trainer is not aware of the negative effects associated with hormone failure, then he or she can easily miss that their male clients are suffering from low testosterone or that their female clients may be suffering from low estrogen and/or also low testosterone. Too often, the fitness instructor may be so caught up in their day-to-day life and work to not think of or recommend that all clients get screened and blood tested for testosterone and/or estrogen, so they can stay healthy and maintain function to continue the most rigorous exercise training program they can handle.
Competent male Hormone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and female Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) can speed up and improve your client’s training results. This will help you keep new clients from failing and older clients from losing their edge or quitting.
Many Benefits
In order to become aware of the benefits to your male and female clients and to yourself, I offer below, a list the most important and most common benefit for both men and women. As you will see, HRT and TRT can at many levels create a healthier and happier client. It can also help to prevent many illnesses which we normally have little defenses against, and it can make life easier and better.

Notice how many of these beneficial qualities can and will positively affect you, your ability to train, and have clients who fully ready to learn and respond to your program.
Your clients will be more complaint, easier to work with, learn faster (clear mind and affect), sharper, more competitive, better rested, less anxious, less depressed, stronger, have greater endurance and greater stamina. They will build muscle faster and easier. They will want to win and to move forward. They will be healthier and less likely to injure themselves. Other than being rich and generous, what more could you ask for?
While HRT/TRT won’t solve all of your clients’ problems nor for that matter yours, you will have fewer problems to deal with and a more positive experience for all of you.
Your clients come to you for training. It is vital that they not only get started, but that they stay and get great results. It is likely, you whether are aware of it or not, have lost clients over the years because of hormone deficiency. Being aware of this and being proactive to prevent more loss in the future, is just good business sense. If you can give every client, new and old, a hormone Deficiency Questionnaire, if they score in the normal range then you have nothing to worry about you can get started and you will get great results.
If they score high, suggesting a possible hormone deficiency or insufficiency, then refer them to me and I will work them up and if necessary, get them started on either TRT or HRT and get them back to you in optimal condition ready to get on with their life. Either way, you will be doing the right thing and you will be a hero.
